Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Locations & Addresses
Quanta-Egypt.com ships to addresses within Greater Cairo Area aka GCA (Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia Governorates) covering the following cities and territories:
- Cairo
- Giza
- Helwan (including 15th of May)
- Shubra El Kheima
- 6th of October
- Sheikh Zayed City
- Badr
- New Cairo (including El Rehab and the Fifth Settlement)
- New Heliopolis
- Obour
- El Shorouk
- Madinaty
If your 5-digits postal code number on your billing/shipping address starts with “1”, then we ship to your address, otherwise we do not currently cover your area. If you don’t know your correct postal code, please visit Egypt Codebase and click on the button labeled “What is my postal number?” to get your postal code.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is ready for shipping containing a note about estimated delivery date and time and customer support number. If you wish to modify the delivery date, please contact our customer support to re-arrange for a better time that suits you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All prices shown on our store at Quanta-Egypt.com include 14% sales tax, no additional fees other than the shipping cost mentioned earlier under the shipping rates & delivery estimates to be imposed during or after checkout.
Damages
Please make sure to check your order items upon arrival; if you find any damaged, missing or wrong item(s), we will happily resolve your issues free of charge. Once you receive your order, we won’t be able to compensate you for any damages or losses.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Egypt.

وقت معالجة الشحن
تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات في غضون 2-3 أيام عمل.
لا يتم شحن الطلبات أو تسليمها في أيام الجمعة أو أيام العطل.
إذا كنا نواجه عددًا كبيرًا من الطلبات ، فقد تتأخر الشحنات لبضعة أيام. يرجى السماح بأيام إضافية في العبور للتسليم.إذا كان هناك تأخير كبير في شحن طلبك ، فسوف نتصل بك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.
أسعار الشحن وتقديرات التسليم

نقوم بالشحن إلى عناوين داخل منطقة القاهرة الكبرى ويعرف أيضًا باسم (محافظات القاهرة والجيزة والقليوبية) التي تغطي المدن والأقاليم التالية:

تأكيد الشحنة وتتبع الطلب
ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا لتأكيد الشحنة بمجرد أن يصبح طلبك جاهزًا للشحن يحتوي على ملاحظة حول تاريخ ووقت التسليم المقدر ورقم دعم العملاء. إذا كنت ترغب في تعديل تاريخ التسليم ، فيرجى الاتصال بدعم العملاء لدينا لإعادة الترتيب للحصول على وقت أفضل يناسبك. الجمارك والرسوم والضرائب جميع الأسعار المعروضة على متجرنا شاملة الرسوم ، ولا توجد رسوم إضافية بخلاف تكلفة الشحن المذكورة سابقًا ضمن أسعار الشحن وتقديرات التسليم التي سيتم فرضها أثناء أو بعد الخروج. الأضرار يرجى التأكد من التحقق من عناصر طلبك عند الوصول ؛ إذا وجدت أي صنف\منتج تالف أو مفقود أو خاطئ ، فسنحل مشاكلك بكل سرور مجانًا.
